History

Bittner ST_Milestone 1 from Architectural Metals

1960's: Bittner ST

Anodizing was a new trend in the early to mid 60’s, and AMI became one of the first to jump onboard. The original set-up was hand-operated with manual chain hoists to move the racks and wooden boardwalks between tanks.

1987: AMI Facility Expansion

AMI’s state-of-the-art metal finishing facility had a 77,000 sq ft. expansion opening across the street from the Winco window manufacturing plant.

2020: AMI Additions

Addition of new capabilities including break metal services, thermal improvement to extrusions including: pour and de-bridge and polyamide strut incursion, as well as warehousing services.
